  1. 1 Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. 2 Heat the water and add the dry ingredients and the lemon zest while whisking.
  3. 3 Bring to almost a boil.
  4. 4 Transfer to a ziplock bag and cool in cold water or ice water.
  5. 5 Add lemon juice and age in fridge for at least 4 hours.
  6. 6 Strain and run in ice cream machine.
