Understand Charts
The balance charts are one of the most powerful features in Ice Cream Calculator. They visualize sweetness (POD), anti-freezing power (PAC), fat content, total solids, and other key metrics — helping you see at a glance whether your recipe is in the professional balance range.

AI Recipe Generator
Generate unique ice cream recipes from flavor descriptions using AI. Describe the flavor profile you want — for example, "dark chocolate gelato with hazelnut and a hint of sea salt" — and the AI will build a balanced starting recipe for you to refine.
